This might have been the best eggless banana bread I ever made! This loaf is on the less sweeter side, since I didn’t add any additional sugars, aside from the ripe bananas and chocolate chips. I didn’t have any baking powder, so I improvised with more baking soda and plain greek yogurt. The greek yogurt helped mosien the bread, so you really can’t tell there are no eggs!
Mash the bananas with the back of a fork until mushy.
Add melted butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon powder and combine.
Add greek yogurt and milk and combine.
Add wheat flour and baking soda and mix until dough forms.
Mix in chocolate chips.
Bake for 60 minutes.
Cool for 10-15 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
