Honey Ginger Chai with Lenox

Jump to Honey Ginger Chai RecipeNew Year, New Chai! Honey Ginger Chai is my go to chai during the cold season. The honey works wonders for the throat, and the immune benefits from ginger are amazing! It takes less than 10 minutes to make and only 5 ingredients are needed!
A few notes about ingredients: I use the Wagh Bhakri tea leaves from my local Indian grocery store (Patel Brothers) or you can purchase it from Amazon here. If you don’t have a microplane, you can use a grater, or chop the ginger into small pieces. If fresh ginger isn’t available, ½ teaspoon of ginger powder can be used instead. I usually always use whole milk while making chai. If you want it less creamy use 1/3 cup of milk.
