One Pot Pizza Sauce
One thing about me (if you don’t already know), I absolutely love pizza. I could probably eat it everyday and still love it. I love thin crust, saucy, cheesy, pizza. One of my favorite topping combinations is probably fig, goat cheese, arugala, with a balsamic reduction drizzle.
This recipe is amazing because you really only need a handful of ingredients. Simply sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil, add in the crushed tomato, salt pepper, dried oregano, and basil, let it simmer for a while, and then the sauce is ready to go! Enjoy on your favorite crust!
This pizza sauce would also go really great with my Eggplant Pizzas and Cauliflower Crust!

Recipe Notes:
1. Check the tomato can ingredients for salt or citric acid before adding salt.
2. Use an immersion blender for a smoother sauce. This one is pretty chunky.
