Palak Paneer
Palak Paneer is a North Indian dish made from spinach and paneer (cheese). With some panjabi masala (I use Kitchen King), this is an easy recipe for you! Simply saute the vegetables, mix in the spices, stir in the heavy cream, and add in the paneer! Serve with naan, rice or even quinoa!
The fifth and final day of Diwali, Bhai Beej, revolves around the brother-sister relationship. Typically the brother will travel to his sister’s house symbolizing respect and protection. In return the sister will feed her brother. For Bhai Beej, I am sharing one of my brother’s favorite dishes: Palak Paneer 🙂
Bhai Beej marks the end of the Diwali celebrations. And also the end of my Diwali recipes this year: Masala Chai Muffins, Samosa Puffs, Aloo Chaat, Palak Paneer, and Gajar Halva. Happy Diwali and Saal Mubarak until next year!
