Spaghetti Squash

This spaghetti squash reminds me of summer and all I want is for the weather to get warmer  in the mean time here is a quick healthy recipes with only 4 ingredients! 🍝🌿  Just put the squash in the oven and go do your thing for about an hour and then come back and add your toppings and voila dinner is ready! 

I topped mine with marinara sauce, fresh basil, and grated Parmesan for a traditional “spaghetti” dish.  But use pesto, alfredo, arribiata, or any other sauce you want.

Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cut the squash in half and scoop out all of the seeds.
  • Spray olive oil, salt, and pepper and bake for about an hour at 400 F (this may vary on your oven).
  • Use a fork to scrap the squash into “spaghetti”.
  • Enjoy!
