5 Minute Spinach Pesto

Have a lot of spinach in your fridge? And don’t know what to do with it? Use the leaves as a base to make spinach pesto! Simply add spinach, basil, parm, evoo, walnuts, salt and pepper to a blender! Volia pesto ready in less than 5 minutes!

Add the pesto to your favorite pasta, ravioli, or even grilled cheese! The options are endless!

Spinach Pesto

Course Sauce
Prep Time 5 minutes

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 3 cups spinach
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • pinch salt
  • pinch black pepper
  • 15-20 basil leaves optional

Instructions

  • Add all of your ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
