Instructions
Fafda
Combine all of the ingredients to make a soft dough, knead well. Add more water if it’s too dry, or more besan flour if needed.
Slightly oil your hands and divide in about 30 round balls. Toss the balls in a little more oil.
Use pasta roller setting 3 to roll out the fafda.
Air Fry at 400F for 5 minutes total, flipping around 3:30 minutes.

Kadhi
Combine 1 cup yogurt with 2 tbsp besan flour. Mix well.
Add 1 cup of water to yogurt and mix well. Set aside.
Add oil to pot and once heated, add 1/2 tsp rye seeds.
Add chopped chilis to oil, and mix for 10 seconds.
Add yogurt water mixture to pot, and cook until kadhi thickens.
Air Fryer Marcha
Cut chilis into quarters and coat with a little avocado oil.
Air fry at 400F for 2-3 min until they change color.
Sprinkle with salt.
