Ingredients

slices
of cinnamon bread
2
large eggs
1/4
cup
milk
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
3
tbsp
fig jam
3
slices
goat milk brie
rind removed
toppings:
whipped cream
fig jam
honey
maple syrup
powdered sugar
Instructions
In a shallow bowl, mix the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon together.
Spread the 1 tbsp fig jam on one slice of bread, and place 1 slice brie on another and make sandwiches.
Dip sandwiches into egg mixture (make sure to coat both slices of bread).
Heat a nonstick pan on medium high heat. Spray with coconut oil and cook both sides of sandwich until golden brown.
Top with powdered sugar and fig jam.
