heavy cream

cardamom powder
cardamom seeds

Instructions
Warm the butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
Saute the shredded carrots for about 5-8 minutes, until slightly tender.
Mix in the sugar and cook for about 5 more minutes.
Stir in the heavy cream and cook until it burns out, about 5 minutes.
Turn the heat off and mix in the cardamom powder.
