Whole Milk Plain Greek Yogurt

saffron

cardamom powder
chopped pistachios
for garnishing
Instructions
Place the yogurt in a cheese cloth and strain for at least 4-8 hours, if possible overnight.
Transfer the strained yogurt into a mixing bowl.
Mix in sugar, saffron, and cardamom.
Garnish with pistachios.
