Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pav bhaji masala.
Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
Add the potatoes, peas, and onion and saute for about 5-8 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, cilantro, and green onions.
Stir in the egg mixture into the pan.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Garnish with cilantro.
